In this kit you will learn how to do counted needlework. This technique uses many of the same principles as cross stitch so if you are good at that, you can do this too!

This kit is great for those with some experience of the technique or those with a determination to learn.

This kit contains:

• Full instructions, (includes instructions on how to use an embroidery hoop, how to separate your threads and how to finish your embroidery for display)

• Method 1 - Fully Charted - includes the full pattern chart

• Method 2 - Stitch by Numbers - includes the fill patterns, charted outline and patterns change transfer. This method is great for those who prefer less counting and don’t enjoy working from complex charts

• Blackwork Cheat Sheet to get you started with the technique

• 20 count Zweigart aida fabric

• DMC and Gutermann threads

• A John James tapestry needle

• An embroidery hoop (optional)

You will also need a pair of scissors

Finished design will fit in a 10 inch hoop on 20ct Aida
